1/2 day course for Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - HLTAID009
DURATION: 11.30am - 2.30pm
This course is held at our state of the art training center at 42 Industry Street Malaga.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Photo ID and a USI number.

Outline
The Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation course will cover the following elements:
Following DRSABCD in line with ARC guidelines
Performing single rescuer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on both and adult manikins
Responding appropriately in the event of regurgitation or vomiting
Managing the unconscious breathing casualty
Following single rescue procedures, including rotation of operators
Following the prompts of an automated external defibrillator (AED)
Responding to at first scenario
Demonstrate safe manual handling techniques
Provide an accurate verbal or written report of the incident
Our Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation course is designed for those who require training that conforms to the recommendations of the Australian Resuscitation Council.
This 2.5 hour course provides the knowledge and skills for all workers who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings
